Blastcorp is the solo project of Kris Keogh. Born 1976, Australia. Plays guitar, computer, sampler, monome and sings.
Was based in Darwin, Australia until 2008 before relocating to Osaka, Japan. Blastcorp has released acoustic love songs (Hearts Blast Graves, 2007), glitchy electronic pop songs (Chrysanthumum, 2006), noisy electronica (Ilura, 2001), mashups (Blastcorp EP, 2003) and two records of covers. He writes his own custom sound processing software using Reaktor and in 2007 produced recordings for acoustic-indie acts The Bionic Hearts and Genevieve Graves.
