Neck Sprain is a Hungarian Thrash metal group founded in 1992. The first name was SzélháMOSH with the members Nagy Levente, Kecskés Péter, Fung András and Gyuricza László.
Today the members are Nagy Levente, and Janó Misi, Horváth István, Bánfalvi Sanyi.
Their first album was the Overgain in 1999, then True Soul Dead Body in 2000. Their last album called Heavyweight- Third Round.
