(1) There are two bands known as Moabit, the first being a Berlin hip-hop group now known as Moabeat. (2) MOABIT are a five-piece indie-rock ensemble from Bremen, Germany. The band started as a side-project from mavie's Hendrik Hellwinkel, Hendrik Röhrs and Steffen Alexander Röhrs and now includes bassist Daniela Eickhoff and singer/keyboarder Greta Kaufeld.
