There are several bands going by the name "Valkyrja": 1) Black metal band from Sweden.
2) Melodic heavy power metal band from Japan.
1. A Swedish black metal band Valkyrja were formed in 2004 and immediately started working on their own lot of original material. In March of 2005, the first aural offering was crafted under the title, Funeral Voices, a vicious 5 track EP presenting a fierce and relentless preview of what was yet to rise.
