Kristin Korb was born and raised in Montana, and grew up in a musical family. She completed her B .M. in music education and in 1992 came to University of California, San Diego to earn a M.M. degree under Bertram Turetzky. Kristin has taught at Central Washington University and has moved to Los Angeles to pursue her playing career. Ms. Korb has been guest clinician at Boise State University Vocal Jazz Festival, Soundstation Jazz Festival in Lynnwood Washington and Frank DeMiero Jazz Camp. She keeps a very busy schedule balancing her playing and singing with teaching and clinician work.
