Chainsaw Paws is a recording project by Kevin White (Guitar, Cello, Drums, Erhu, Violin, Lyre, Piano, Synth, Mandolin, Backing Vocals) and Shane Dickson (Lead Vocals, Guitar, Drums, Mandolin, Aux Percussion, Synth). Cousins, the two began working on material in 2005 and, after a year of refining their sound, they recorded ttheir debur album, released on Foxglove records. Their sound is one of poignant songs and instrumentals, delicate acoustic playing, interwoven with mandolin, keyboards, bells, and tiny chimes.
