Pep Squad
Pep Squad was a great little poppy rock group from the northwest that made a significant splash in the Christian indie rock scene in the mid-90's. Their 'Yreka Bakery' album was declared by Spin Magazine as 'one of the 10 best records you've never heard'. They released three records as Pep Squad (Pep Squad, No Doy!, Yreka Bakery), while several members recorded an LP for Tooth and Nail as 'The Company', a Christian disco-throwback album. They then disbanded to pursue other endeavors.
