Geriba
Geriba is a project of Quincy Jointz and Joern Disch. Even Geriba is a beautiful beach at Buzios, Brazil, these two funky brothers are from Freiburg, Germany. Very impressed by drinking caipirinha at Geriba, they decided to name their music-project like this perfect place.
Joern was addicted to house-music and released a latin-house record under the name of Cálido. They met in 2003 in a bar in Freiburg and decided to do house-music together. But Quincy played more and more funky stuff at his dj-sets like Quantic, Fort Knox Five and the All Good Funk Alliance.
