The Drain Pipes
The Drain Pipes are an energetic indie/punk band from Manchester, whose name comes from the bands ever-tight performances.
The band formed in November 2005 and in their first year twice appeeared in the NME's new band section as well as playing 33 gigs up and down the UK including a festival slot at Manchesters Bridgewater Hall with top local band Polytechnic, and support slots with Les Incompetents, The Holloways, The Pigeon Detectives and Our Fold to name a few.
