Neutral Point is a couple of DJ's playing genres as drum and bass and neurofunk, from Rovno, Ukraine, formed in 2006 . As long ago as 2006 guys showed confidence at CJ festivals of the country occupying top positions. Series of organized parties called “Out Drum” as well as releases at Don’t Panic, Dnbsession and Fragmenty Recordings automatically lifted the rating of Neutral Point in the whole Ukraine.
