Via Obscura
There are two bands, using the name "Via Obscura" 1) Via Obscura (70's, Gothic, Doom, Indie) from Münster/Germany:
"Via obscura" was formed in 2004 as an experimental band project. With a background of Jazz-, Gothic-Rock-/ Doom-bands and classical ensembles, but very open minded for other Genres, the three young musicians create a special music that is atmospheric and slow, united with powerful and epic sounds through a soprano voice.
These "very special" Songs impressed the legendary producer Siggi Bemm (Tiamat, Lacuna Coil, Tristania, Boa, Farmer Boys, ...), so he recorded the debut.
