Dutch producer and is the person behind the aliasses Octagen, Re:Locate , Palanya and Scratch Bandicoot.
Paul is born in 1983 and start at a early age with pianolessons.
In 2003 he released his first record under the re:locate alias and also the record starburst together with thomas bronzwaer. In 2005 paul starts together with menno de jong intuition recordings.
