Thomas Bullock began DJing as a teenager in the eighties along-side friend and collaborator, DJ Harvey at the legendary ‘Tonka Hi-Fi’ in Brighton. In 1991 he moved to California and not long after Harvey followed suit. It was through Harvey and mutual friend Paul T (Sarcastic) that Thomas met Eric D. Soon both re-located to New York they began throwing parties together. These where not your normal parties.
