Bidiel is an alternative rock band from Catania, Italy. The band consists of Brando Madonia (vocal and guitar), Davide Toscano (bass) and Luca Caruso (drums). In 2011, they competed in AreaSanremo in the SanremoLab section and became one of the ten finalists qualified for Sanremo Music Festival 2012. They performed "Sono un errore" for the first time in the newcomers category on 15 February 2012. However, they lost to Erica Mou's "Nella vasca da bagno del tempo", receiving only 36.18%.
