Amy Hart grew up in the small town of Lake Forest, IL, a suburb of Chicago. She began writing songs in high school and by college was headlining her own shows across the country. She attended the University of the Pacific in Stockton Ca, where she began her solo accoustic musical journey on a Guild 212-XL.
