2-Pump Louie has been a mainstay of Toronto's punk/hardcore scene for over four years. In that time, they have also toured places such as Montreal, Quebec, New York, Texas, and Washington D.C. In June of '98, they recorded a cassette EP, entitled "All the hits and more," which sold out of all three of its pressings. Subsequently, in September of '99, their first CD, Revenge of the Alien Baby was released at two separate events (an All-ages show and a 19+ show) on the same day, ensuring that no fan would be left out.
