1. Children of the Corn is a rap group from Harlem, New York founded in the early 1990's by neighborhood friends and rappers Mase, Big L and cousins Cam'ron and Bloodshed. They recorded and released over 30 songs, as they tried for a record deal. They got paid anyway they could; rhyming for local DJ’s and selling tapes out of a trunk were just a few ways they tried to further their careers. They were just about to secure a deal but tragically in 1997 Bloodshed was killed in a car accident in Harlem, which split up the group.
