The Mono Jacks
Disbanded (2008 – 2013) The Mono Jacks was an alternative rock band from Bucharest, Romania. Started by Doru Trascau (vox/ guitar) in 2008, the quartet included Dorian Cazacu (drums), Florin Vasile (guitar/ vox) and Alex Tomescu (bass). The group’s 5th anniversary on October, 2013 marked the decision to cease activity. Known for their energetic performances and contagious live chemistry, the 4-piece took to the stages of most local festivals, as well as the likes of EXIT (RS), Sziget (HU) and Eurosonic Noorderslag (NL).
