Martin Ljung was a prominent member of one of swedens two dominant comedygroups and revue artists. Active in the 1940s to the 90s he kept a large fanbase and was nationally loved as an artist. Even though the glamour of his company KnäppUpp was slighly smouldered by the personal conflict with his counterpart Povel Ramel. Martin had an extremely deep bass voice wich he used effectively in his act and he is renowned for his monologues wich often approach the hysterical and absurd.
