The Hugs are a young garage pop rock band formed in 2007 based in Portland, Oregon USA. Currently consisting of musicians: Danny Delegato (Founder, Lead Singer, Guitar, Songwriter), Skyler Weaver (Drums), Davey Appaloosa (Bass, Songwriter, Guitar) The Hugs started in late 2005 in Portland, Oregon when singer/Founder Danny Delegato formed the group at SE Portland's Cleveland High School. The Hugs quickly began writing and delivered their debut self titled album in May 2007 to startling critical acclaim.
