He is currently working on Dr. Dre's third studio album Detox. Slim The Mobster is known as Dr. Dre's new protegé. He is currently also working on his debut Aftermath Entertainment studio album. His influence includes gangsta rap acts like The D.O.C and The Notorious B.I.G.
