The Pages deliver an invigorating mix of skiffle-funk sounds. Formed serendipitously and unscrupulously—the result being instrumental bravado coupled with well-forged songs that seem to materialize one after the other—The Pages have been honing and developing their sound in NYC for the past two years. Grant Orsborn , Gabe Blair, Greg DeGroat, and Justin Dake make up the quartet. Picture a village of contented songwriters invaded by a nomadic band of guitar-weird interlopers. A few generations later the two groups have at last congealed into one society.
