Kara is a name of at least four artists. 1) A romanisation of 카라, a popular South Korean girl group, with members: Park Gyuri (Leader), Han Seungyeon, Jung Nicole, Kang Jiyoung, Goo Hara They were formed by DSP Entertainment. Debuting in 2007 with the single "Break It" and the album "The First Blooming", they were originally a four member group, until former lead singer Kim Sunghee left, in February of 2008.
