If not an incorrect tag for Hungarian composer Béla Bartók (in which case you should correct your tags), then Bartok was a short-lived post-punk band from the early 1980s, comprised of John Grant (The Straps), Simon Werner (The Pack, The Straps), Jah Wobble (ex-Public Image Ltd.) and Rat Scabies (The Damned). They recorded one 12" EP in 1982 called "Insanity".
