The Skinnies
Punk band from New Orleans. They released a 7" entitled Kill The Beat in 1978 on a label called 'Lectric Eye featuring the songs I'm a Dullard b/w Out of Order. Both songs have vocal harmonies throughout.
Rave Up records reissued the 7" with a few other songs in 1999. At least one member was also in The Manic Depresives.
