Andrew and Emily met in Chapel Hill in January of 2009 and have been playing nonstop ever since. Andrew entered the Chapel Hill music scene while completing his first album there in 2008. Emily grew up in Chapel Hill and has played bluegrass in the area since age 14. Aside from the occasional bluegrass standard or familiar cover, Andrew writes a delicious array of songs. They span genres from folk to swing (and everything in between) with powerful lyrics and haunting melodies.
