Kristina Supergenius is the nom de sampler of an electronic experimentalist from New York City. She has played venues such as Tonic, SubTonic, Knitting Factory, Rare/Baktun, Monkeytown, Lunatarium, Third Ward, Decompression, BurningMan and various undergound warehouse events in Williamsburg and DUMBO. Composing music and deconstructing samples for longer than she'd care to admit, the music is a blend of Electronic beats and Space Rock drones with occasional Gamelan scales and ethnographic field recordings thrown in for good measure.
