Zach Blair is currently the guitarist for Chicago-based hardcore punk band Rise Against, replacing Chris Chasse. Zach is originally from Sherman, Texas. Before joining Rise Against in early 2007, Blair was a member of hardcore punk group Only Crime along with his brother, Doni Blair. Zach was a member of Hagfish and was Flattus Maximus of GWAR before joining Only Crime. Zach is Rise Against's sixth guitarist, continuing what vocalist Tim McIlrath calls "the Rise Against curse."1 He has also been a 2nd touring guitarist for The Loved Ones.
