Aruba Red is a solo artist based in the UK who performs a mixture of Reggae, Dub, Acoustic, Soul, Hip Hop, Dubstep, Tribal, Electronic & Experimental Styles. Aruba Red prides herself on being a rebellious artist speaking out against issues including consumerism, war, globalization and traditional power structures. Her self-titled eponymous album was released independently in September 2008 and was featured in the 'Best of 2008 so Far' in the iTunes chart in November of the same year.
