It all started with a legendary night called Jungle Galaxy @ Doornroosje in Nijmegen. The Dutch Queen of drum and bass called 'Esta' opened the eyes of a great deal of people with mind-blowing line-ups featuring everybody who ever meant anything in the dnb scene. It was Esta that first showed the way for both Icicle & Switch and her style still deeply influences their mixing. Icicle & Switch had been producing and djing for several years on their own and with some friends when the Sheriff 'Rosco' brought them together around 2003.
