1. Too Late is a New Zealand Hardcore Ripping shreds in the scene. 2.Too Late is a german Punk/Rockband from near Munich.
The roots of Too Late were when Florian Kerscher and Coy Denner thought about forming a band in 2005. Flo then already played the guitar for 8 years and Coy started playing the bass guitar. The Band was first namend "Wahlwiederholung" (english: redialing). Later they pooled together with Sebastian Seeber and Daniel Kamreh, whose band "Out of Sight" had just disbanded, and formed Too Late in September 2005.
