Yui Makino (牧野 由依, Makino Yui) was born on January 19, 1986 in Tokyo, Japan. She is a seiyū, actress as well as an artist and pianist. She has O type blood and well known for being the voice of Sakura in the anime Tsubasa Chronicle. During her childhood, she found the inspiration to become a pianist from Shunji Iwai (岩井俊二)'s soundtrack for the movie LOVE LETTER and All About Lily Chou-Chou. In the spring of 2005, Makino began to sing for Youko Kanno's song for the anime Sousei no Aquarion ending theme titled 'Omna Magni'.
