Starstruck is a Dutch band from the city Utrecht. The band was founded in 2003 by singer-songwriters Roland Staring (music) and Ype Driessen (lyrics). The current band set up is Roland Staring (vocals/guitar), Mark Vieregge (vocals/bas), Pieter-Jan van Helvoort (guitar). Due to the unexpected departure of Erik Dobbelsteijn they are currently seeking a new drummer. Their music is influenced by Crowded House, Steely Dan, The The, The Beatles, Sjako, The Smiths and The Divine Comedy.
