NOISE project started in 2000 by the young experimentalist musician: Erik Arteaga, who lived currently in Portland, Oregon, USA. After 2 years listen to JAPANOISE and its leaders: Merzbow, Masonna, Hijokaidan, Incapacitants, etc... Erik Arteaga decided to found his own NOISEproject (Nkondi) and his also own label / distro: "Doll Full Of Rivets Records". With these 2 elements and the several pedal distortions and some contact mics, Erik started his career in the NOISE music. .
