-Pop Montreal Dead Messenger spent the later half of 2008 hunkered down at The Pound, (Montreal's now infamous art space/live venue and home base for the band) working on and writing new material. In October they reconvened to a barn on the Ontario/Quebec border with producer Jonathan Cummins (Hot Springs, Starvin Hungry, Tricky Woo).
